Enokitaki with 30% polysaccharides has a wide range of active ingredients and is suitable for application in chronic conditions. Combined with other types of mushrooms, it is suitable for application in both chronic and acute conditions.

This Enokitaki mushroom is grown on a natural substrate of solid oak and elm. The part of the mushroom used is the fruiting body.

Dosage:

Preventive: 2-3 capsules per day

Therapeutic: 4-6 capsules daily (possibly combined with other recommended mushrooms for best results)
