These Lion’s Mane mushrooms are grown on an organic substrate. This substrate is based on a mixture of sawdust, organic wheat bran, cane sugar and natural gypsum. The part of the mushroom that is used is the fruiting body.

Dosage:

Preventive: 2-3 capsules per day,

Therapeutic: 4-6 capsules daily (possibly in combination with other recommended mushrooms for best results)
